Poet
'Spit' is a synonym for 'Spoken Word' which is poetry spoken aloud and performed for an audience. I've been writing and performing poetry for over 20 years. I've also had the opportunity to conduct poetry workshops and perform at venues in America and Israel. I enjoy telling stories through various artistic forms (poetry, song, dance) which stem from my educational background. I attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. where I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Degree in Theater. In addition, I received a Master’s Degree from the Shaindy Rudoff Graduate Program in Creative Writing at Bar-Ilan University in Israel for Poetry. Currently, I'm performing with this amazing performance group 'Beloved One' and working on a poetry book and spoken word album. In my spare time I love writing plays and directing.
